The government of Mexico & Canada require current proof of citizenship, a photo ID, and a valid passport for entry. You might be denied even for shorter visits! You will need an FMT (Mexican Visitor  Permit), which is valid for up to 6 months.

Visit your state licensing agency website to find out exactly what documentation is required to obtain a REAL ID. At a minimum, you must provide documentation showing: 1) Full
Legal Name; 2) Date of Birth; 3) Social Security Number; 4) Two Proofs of Address of Principal

Domestic: You must present an acceptable ID, such as a valid passport, state-issued enhanced
drivers license or U.S. military ID, to fly within the U.S. You will not be allowed to fly if your identity cannot be verified. 
International: Allowed identification documents include resident alien cards, border crossing cards and passports from a foreign country. Other ID options are DHS travel documents, an

On the day of travel, please call the airline directly to reconfirm flight times. Recommended airport
check in will begin 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure for
international flights.

Air travelers may now carry liquids, gels and aerosols in their carry-on bag when going through
security checkpoints. All liquids, gels and aerosols must be in three-ounce or smaller containers. All
liquids, gels and aerosols must be placed in a single, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag. Each
